Code of Conduct

Our Pledge

In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we, as members and moderators of this community, pledge to ensure a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, sexual orientation, race, or religion.

Standards

Examples of behavior that contribute to a positive environment include:

Using welcoming and inclusive language.
Respecting differing viewpoints and experiences.
Accepting constructive criticism graciously.
Focusing on the community's best interests.
Showing empathy towards others.

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

Using sexualized language, images, or inappropriate remarks.
Trolling, insulting comments, personal or political attacks.
Publishing private information without explicit consent.
Harassment in public or private settings.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies across all community spaces (e.g., forums, online or offline events) and when representing the community publicly.

Enforcement

If you observe a violation of the Code of Conduct, please report it by sending an email to community@synergycodes.com. Each report will be thoroughly reviewed and investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken based on the situation. Specific enforcement policies may be outlined separately.

Moderators reserve the right to remove any comments or contributions that do not align with this Code of Conduct. Additionally, members engaging in inappropriate, threatening, offensive, or harmful behavior may face temporary or permanent bans from the community.

Forum Rules

Core Rules

Follow the Code of Conduct – All members are required to adhere to the ethical guidelines outlined in the Code of Conduct.
Language – English is the primary language on the forum, except in designated multilingual sections.
Content Relevance – Ensure all posts are relevant to the appropriate categories and avoid spamming.
No Harassment – Harassment, offensive remarks, and hate speech are strictly prohibited.
Safety and Privacy – Do not share private information about others without their explicit permission.

Content Guidelines

Posts must relate to data visualization and be relevant to the developer community.
Content that is vulgar, extremist, or NSFW is strictly prohibited.

Advertising and Promotion

Promoting projects and job offers is allowed only in designated threads, following promotional guidelines.
Advertising without prior admin approval is prohibited.

Moderation Policies

Moderators have the authority to delete, edit, or block content and users violating the rules.
All moderation decisions are final. However, members may request clarification via direct messages.
